I genuinely like working out why a process has become harder than it needs to be.

I’m Louise Orire-Smith, founder of Admin Untangled. I specialise in looking at messy operational processes, the inboxes, spreadsheets, repeated steps and “we just know how it works” systems that keep small businesses moving, and turning them into something clearer and more reliable.

My approach is practical rather than theoretical. I reconstruct what is happening, find the structural problem underneath the visible symptoms, and explain what should change in a way that can actually be acted on.
